The Grey Hulk — known in Marvel Comics lore as Joe Fixit — represents one of Banner's most cunning and morally ambiguous personalities, a calculating and self-serving titan who operates by his own ruthless code. No official Grey Hulk standalone film has been announced, and none of these actors are attached to any such project. In this fan concept, John Cena portrays Bruce Banner, a brilliant scientist forcibly subjected to a classified military experiment that transforms him into the Grey Hulk — a calculating, stone-skinned titan of terrifying and barely contained power. Margot Robbie plays Dr. Betty Ross, watching in horror as the experiment spirals beyond all control and the chains holding Banner snap like thread, before placing herself between the military's weapon systems and the creature she believes still carries humanity inside him. Harrison Ford commands the full force of the military as General Ross, deploying armoured vehicles, ground soldiers, and helicopter squadrons across cities, forests, and open desert before making the ultimate decision — injecting himself with a crimson serum that tears him apart and rebuilds him as the Red Hulk, a burning titan wearing the torn remnants of his decorated uniform. Mark Ruffalo steps through a dimensional portal as the Green Hulk, arriving in human form before emerging on the other side as a massive green titan sent to stop the chaos before it consumes everything.
