It's not everyday you get to Bench Press with a guy that can lift 405 lbs like it's nothing. But it's not everyday you can train with a viking giant like Erick Rowan. So be thankful for Celtic Warrior Workouts. I am! Myself and Rowan were trailing a piece of kit called a 'Slingshot' (not as a paid endorsement mind you) which helps you get the bar off your chest when pressing those peak performance weights.
