How To Remove/Install Sealed Cartridge Bottom Bracket

I show how to remove and install a sealed bearing cartridge type bottom bracket. These are really cool and are a great upgrade for a vintage bike. I installed one on my 1990 Trek 1000 replacing the original caged bearings set up. This bike is a mid 90's Mongoose Sycamore mountain bike.
