Here are the three recipes below: Hot Chocolate Level 1: Easy - Classic Hot Chocolate Ingredients: 480 ml (2 cups) whole milk (or milk of choice) 15 g (2 tablespoons) cocoa powder 25 g (2 tablespoons) sugar (adjust to taste) Mini marshmallows (for topping) Method: Warm the Milk: In a saucepan, warm the milk until it's steaming but not boiling. Whisk in Cocoa powder and sugar: Whisk in the cocoa powder and sugar until fully dissolved and smooth. Serve: Pour the hot chocolate into a mug.
