Sustainability is the most important factor. I considered putting a calorie deficit first, but if you diet too aggressively, and can’t stick to that deficit, then you will end up regaining any fat you lost.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. Calorie Deficit. You're simply not losing fat if you're eating too many calories.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. Lifting weights sends the signal to our body to keep our muscle tissue. This means that all the weight we are losing is coming from fat stores rather than muscle.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4. Sleep deprivation has been shown to have a negative impact on the ratio of muscle to fat we lose when in a deficit. Furthermore lack of sleep can impact our training and our eating habits⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 5. Protein is also crucial for retaining muscle (and by extension losing fat) whilst dieting.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This video focuses on basic boxing which will enable you to become efficient in the sport of boxing.
