6 Drills to make you Unhittable!

It is so common for beginning boxers to have difficulty slipping and dodging punches, that I thought I would give a breakdown of the drills that build up to mechanically correct slipping of punches. Start at #1 and practice through to #6. Do each a few hundred times and move on to the next and eventually you will be practically unhittable with straight punches. TRAIN HARD!
