Healthy & Fresh Ingredients Lists ———————— 🍗Brown Stew Chicken 1 kg chicken drums and thighs Drop of oil 1/2 tsp salt and pepper 1 tsp all purpose seasoning 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp curry powder 2 tbsp oil 2 tbsp brown sugar 3 cubes frozen green seasoning or fresh 1 tbsp or 2 of ketchup or tomato purée Fresh thyme or oregano Scotch bonnet pepper 2 slices fresh ginger 2 cups water Parsely to garnish 🍚 Coconut rice and lentils 1/4 cup lentils 2 cups water Fresh thyme 1/4 can coconut milk 1 scotch bonnet pepper 1 frozen cube green seasoning 1 tsp salt or all purpose seasoning 2 cups rice 🥕Coleslaw 2 carrots 1/4 a small cabbage Splash of vinegar Cracked black pepper Mayo to preference 1 -2 tsp honey 🥑1 avocado 📌 Always taste and adjust seasonings to your own preference as my recipes only act as a guide.
