Muay Thai vs. MMA: Top Talents Sparring
Learn from Legends: https://www.lawrencekenshin.com/ Andy Tran is a top Muay Thai talent, one of the best "Muay Fimeu" technicians I've seen come out of North America. During this clip, he went through a 1 year lay off. @Jeff Chan MMAShredded is a top MMA prospect (that came from a 25-2 Muay Thai / Kickboxing background). He had already gone some good rounds before jumping in with Andy. These were great rounds that featured respect and humility from both sides, and what great training is all about: pushing each other but with respect. Everyone can learn from these rounds on how to better spar with each other. Jeff's striking style is one based on footwork with punching combinations and heavy low kicks. Andy's style is also based on footwork, and a very well rounded list of shot selection. The "Muay Fimeu" (Saenchai, Nong-O, Samart) style is the considered the highest art form style in Muay Thai, and one that in my opinion is most suitable to transition into MMA as well. I figured I'd start featuring training and sparring around the world, so please do pay attention as some classy content is coming soon. ----------------------------------- If you'd like to see the exclusive tips and additional details, sign up to my mailing list.
