A great way to build a theme on the heavy bag is to emulate great fighters. This heavy bag workout is based upon the boxing style of the great Oleksandr Usyk. Emulating a fighter during your heavy bag workout adds helpful cognitive load - it's similar to executing a gameplay in an actual fight. We cover 3 Oleksandr Usyk techniques in the video: The pendulum step/phased attack The off centre back hand The angled side step We also include a Manny Pacquiao technique where we adapt the pendulum step.
