Leah Von Dutch vs Mercedes Martinez

We fade in on referee Rain imparting wisdom to young Leah–who looks a little out of her depth–on how to take on her experienced opponent Mercedes. Her advice–be vicious from the get go. Martinez looks very confident to start with but is brought down a peg or two when Leah takes Rain’s schooling very seriously, turning a friendly handshake into a face claw and a cruel choke. She shows off some major gymnastic chops, using the ropes as a springboard to splash a downed Mercedes. Unfortunately, a second attempt misses the mark and Mercedes begins a long assault on Leah’s back. At first, it’s the simple things–kicks, knees to the back, bending Leah across the ropes. Things get more intense with the over-the-knee Backbreaker, the squashing into the corner, the second over-the-knee Backbreaker. But they really get bad for Leah when Mercedes decides to step out of the ring and bend the hapless blond’s back around the ringpost! Future chiropractic bills are further run up with an elevated Bearhug, Fallaway Slam and multiple Suplexes. A final submission squeezes a victory out of the spent Leah, leaving her an exhausted mess on the mat.
