It's the night after WCW Starrcade 1997 and fans are hoping a lot of questions get answered on this week's episode of Nitro. Hollywood Hogan and Eric Bischoff are claiming that Sting lost PPV the match and Hulk Hogan should still be the World Heavyweight Champion. Bret Hart makes it clear that he's coming after Hulk Hogan and Bret says Hogan avoided him back in the WWF, and fans in attendance celebrate Larry Zbyszko's Starrcade victory that ensured Nitro remained a WCW controlled show. On WWF Raw is War Triple H reveals he's injured and, therefore, he can't wrestle Owen Hart. Sgt Slaughter makes an announcement though; Owen is still going to wrestle tonight, and he's going to wrestle WWF Champion Shawn Michaels in a title match.
