Elsewhere on the show Diamond Dallas Page takes on Mike Awesome, Shane Douglas wrestles The Total Package, and Billy Kidman meets Hulk Hogan in the arena parking lot. On Raw Chris Jericho challenges Triple H at the very start of the show. A surprising outcome leads to Triple H demanding that referee Earl Hebner reverses the match decision, and it all ties into a very memorable moment of the Attitude Era that helped push Y2J as a main player.
