We’re talking buttery, smoky, Cajun-spiced goodness wrapped up and roasted until tender. It’s simple, it’s flavorful, and it’s giving comfort food with a kick. ✨ Ingredients You’ll Need 1 large head of cabbage (remove outer leaves + core it) 4 tbsp butter stuffed inside, 1 tbsp old bay seasoning, 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, 2 tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tbsp Kinder’s Butter Garlic and herb, 1 tbsp kinder’s caramelized onion butter. Heavy-duty foil (don’t skip this part!) 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning 1 tablespoon old seasoning 1 1 tablespoon Kinder’s buttery garlic and herb 1 tablespoon Kinder’s caramelized onion Butter 1 tablespoon paprika 1 stick of tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon water or chicken broth 1/2 juice of lemon 👩🏽‍🍳 Step-by-Step Directions Prep your cabbage: Peel away the dead outer layers, then cut out the core so you have a little pocket in the center. Butter it up: Stuff 4 tablespoons of butter right inside that pocket (yes, right in the middle). Drizzle the last tablespoon over the top and rub it in like you’re giving the cabbage a butter massage. Season like you mean it: Sprinkle all your spices—onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, Cajun, and old bay—over the whole cabbage. Get it into the folds so every bite is seasoned. Wrap & roast: Place the cabbage on a big sheet of foil and wrap it tightly. Pop it in the oven at 385°F for about 2 hours, or until it’s soft, tender, and buttery all the way through. Serve & enjoy: Carefully unwrap it (steam will hit you, so watch out!) and cut into wedges. Serve as a side with chicken, seafood, or even on its own with a little hot sauce.
