Do something that works different muscle groups in sets of 3 this is just an example of ONE SINGLE SET. i do this for 3 sets total. no more than 20 second "rest" between sets then no more than 90 seconds rest between this set of 3 and whatever the next set of 3 would be. meaning 3 NEW workouts. CONTINUE THIS PATTERN EVERY TIME YOU GO TO THE GYM Trust me..... it works.
