Advanced Muay Thai Sparring Drill: Rapid Fire Response
This video showcases an Advanced Muay Thai sparring drill that will help you develop faster responses after a missed block. This is an effective drill that you can work on with a partner to improve your overall timing. The key to the drill is to try and initiate a response kick immediately after you are kicked. This will take practice, but if you can develop an automatic trigger after you get kicked it will make a huge difference. This is an excellent drill to help you recover lost points that your opponent scores on you in a fight. If you are still learning how to spar don't worry about this drill.
