Betsy Ruth vs Diane Von Hoffman

Verbal sparring starts this match, but neither lady seems to be intimidated by the other. They soon tear into each other with heavy blows, kicks, and resounding chops. It takes both powerhouses a minute to realize they are in an unusual situation: they are pretty much equals in strength and leverage! Diane suggests they should try some mat wrestling instead, and Betsy is happy to oblige. After trading Waistlocks and some reversals, Von Hoffman tries to trap Betsy in a Full Nelson, but can't quite get the job done. Frustrated, Diane knocks down Betsy with a Clothesline that'll make you cringe. So much for the mat wrestling... More hard shots are exchanged, of course with an eyegouge here and there. After all, no referee means party time for these ladies! Betsy comes back from a Camel Clutch and locks Diane in one of her own, then tries to end the match with a Guillotine choke. Von Hoffman fights back with a Double Hammerlock and everyone will agree it's a strange sight to see anyone overpower Betsy. Diane follows that up with something I doubt anyone has ever done before: slapping Betsy in the face. Infuriated, Betsy comes back with a Rear Naked Choke that nearly ends the contest. In the end, one confident wrestler overestimates her strength, which leads to a devastating reversal of a Bodyslam to end the match.
