Kaiten Mawashi Geri (Tornado Kick) | Full Contact Karate

Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/saikou_karate/ This is a short overview on how to use the very flashy yet still effective technique called "Tornado kick", or 360-540 spinning roundhouse kick, or Kaiten Mawashi Geri. It's considered by many to be only for show and of no use in fighting, but I would disagree. It's useful when applied at the appropriate time and with correct technique. In this video I aim to explain a bit about how to perform the technique and when to use it.
