They attack each other's arms to start, twisting and rolling around the ring to counter one another, only for Thea to catch Chasyn off-guard with a Rear Chinlock. She hops on his back for more leverage and soon has him tapping out for the first fall of the match. It looks like it could be a blowout when Thea starts running Chasyn's head into the turnbuckles, but he evens the score with a Sharpshooter with a cruel twist to earn the submission. Thea's weapon of choice in a hotly contested third round is the Camel Clutch and she applies it repeatedly. Chasyn answers with a Rocking Horse, an over-the-shoulder Backbreaker, and a tight headscissors, but falls prey to Thea's deadly Dragon Sleeper.
