From Hulk Hogan bringing back the Red and Yellow after being in the nWo to Alundra Blayze working in the WWE again, from Mick Foley retiring his Cactus Jack gimmick in Japan only to bring it back to the WWF in 1997, some of these character revivals have worked incredibly well and it usually gets a great reaction from the audience.
