INGREDIENTS FOR NATIVE JOLLOF RICE *3 Cups Rice Pepper mix *5-7 Scotch Bonnet Pepper (Atarodo) *2-3 bell peppers *4-5 cayenne pepper *2-3 fresh Tomato pieces *1 medium size onions *2 heaped Tablespoon Locust Beans (Iru) *2 cooking spoon Palmoil *1 kilo goat meat *2-3 Tablespoon Crayfish Powder *1-2 pieces ponmo(diced) *2 Smoked cat fish *1 Medium size Onions *scent leaf ( Efinrin) *3-4 cups of water *2 cup stock seasoning Cubes to taste Salt to taste.
