Defense into Attack and Vice Versa ⁃ Break Down ⁃ Shoulder Roll onto hook ⁃ Consummate counterpuncher - active 4. Punching Variations ⁃ Hooks ⁃ Uppercuts ⁃ Long shots - rotation ⁃ Squared for power when going for it. 5.
