Spaghetti in tomato sauce is one of those quick to make meals that always tastes amazing, especially if you got the sauce right. In this video, I share how to cook a simple pasta sauce with incredibly fantastic flavours and then use it to smother spaghetti (which anyone can cook). I also show you how to use two simple kitchen utensils, the tong and the ladle to plate your dish in a stunning way. INGREDIENTS For the sauce (Makes 3 cups) 2 tbsp Cooking oil 1 small Onion, chopped 3 cloves Garlic, diced 1 medium Carrot, chopped 1 medium Green pepper, chopped 4 large Tomatoes, peeled and chopped 1 tbsp Tomato paste 1 tbsp Natural vinegar 2 tbsp Organic honey 1 tbsp Cumin ½ tsp Black pepper Salt to taste 1 cup Water For Spaghetti in Tomato Sauce (Serves 2) 175 - 200g Spaghetti 1 – 1 ½ cups Sauce Enj😄y.
