This easy and flavorful dinner recipe is perfect for date night or impressing guests! ⸻ Ingredients You’ll Need: For the Chicken: • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp Cajun Crush seasoning • 1 tsp Creole seasoning • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning • 1 tsp dried parsley For the Stuffing: • 1 handful fresh spinach (chopped) • 8 oz cream cheese, softened • ¼ cup finely diced red bell pepper • ¼ cup finely diced onion • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese • ½ cup sun dried tomatoes cheese For the Sauce: • 2 tbsp butter • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream • 1 tbsp Cajun Crush seasoning ⸻ Instructions: 1. Stuff the Chicken: Carefully spoon the filling into each chicken pocket and secure with toothpicks if needed. 4. Pan Sear: Heat a skillet with oil over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. 5. Bake: Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, until fully cooked. 6. Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, then add heavy cream and Cajun Crush seasoning. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. 7. Serve: Pour the sauce over the baked chicken.
