In the dark times of the martial arts world amidst turbulent mountains and rivers, Zuo Qingci is a young man who comes out of seclusion in search of a lost treasure of the imperial courts. Sun Yunluo accompanies him in his investigation that leads them to discover a secret from many years ago. They go to the ends of the earth together as lovers and comrades as they shoulder the burdens of the country side by side to bring down the enemy and restore justice.
