Marinate the Steak: • In a large bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, Creole seasoning, ground black pepper, and a pinch of salt. • Add the ribeye steak cubes to the bowl, tossing to ensure each piece is thoroughly coated with the marinade. • Allow the steak to marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature. Sear for about 2 minutes without moving them, allowing a golden-brown crust to form. • Flip the steak bites and sear the other side for an additional 2 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. For medium-rare, aim for an internal temperature of 135°F (57°C). • Once cooked, transfer the steak bites to a plate and set aside. 3. Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce: • In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. • Once the butter has melted, add the minced fresh garlic and rosemary sprigs. Sauté for about 1 minute, stirring frequently, until the garlic becomes fragrant and slightly golden. 4.
