In today’s video, I’ll show you how to cook a perfectly seared, juicy ribeye and whip up the creamiest mashed potatoes you’ve ever had. This meal is perfect for date night, family dinner, or just treating yourself! Pan-Seared Steak with Creamy Mashed Potatoes Ingredients For the Steak: • 2 ribeye or NY strip steaks (about 1-inch thick) • Salt (to taste) • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste) • 2 tablespoons butter • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary • 2 cloves garlic, smashed • 1 small shallot, sliced • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for initial sear) For the Mashed Potatoes: • 4 large russet or Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and chopped • Salt (to taste) • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste) • 4 tablespoons butter • ½ to ¾ cup heavy cream (adjust to desired creaminess) ⸻ Instructions 1.
