In the early years of the Republic of China, police officer Alai in the concession was chased by a vicious gang and was on the brink of death when he was rescued by a mysterious woman named Luna who appeared out of nowhere. Luna was seriously injured and unconscious as a result. Alai investigated Luna's identity, but found no one there.
